1. Our Commitment

At Cotonel, we are committed to providing high-quality footwear and apparel. As a Melbourne-based brand, we strictly adhere to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure you have a safe and confident shopping experience.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if it does not match the description:

  • Remedy Once the fault is verified, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
  • Sustainability For certain low-value items, we may ask you to keep, gift, or dispose of the faulty item locally. In such cases, your refund or replacement will be issued immediately without requiring a return shipment.

3. Change of Mind

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the size isn't quite right:

  • Timeframe Notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Shoes must show no signs of outdoor wear.
  • Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Processing Your Refund
